In the early stages, we can assist landowners and prospective buyers to determine the value and feasibility of a multi-family or mixed-use alternative. Subsequently, 4Terra can engage its local network of design professionals and contacts in various local government agencies to entitle the project. The company also has substantial experience (delivering more than 30,000 units among the four owners’ experience in the industry) in designing and delivering properties on time and on budget either for its own account or working with a joint venture partner.
